Welcome, everyone!
I am Cristiana, the designer, and creator of all the accessories found in this shop. My passion for crafting jewelry spans over many years, starting when I just 13 years old and I got my first taste of the magic of crafting after a chance of a shopping trip at Michael's in Goleta, CA. As of December 29th, 2015, 13 years later, I have finally brought this beloved hobby of mine to fruition, as an online business.
I strive for quality, creativity, and long-lasting things. People invest money and energy in what they purchase, they get attached and expect what they buy to endure. I do my best to make that wish a reality.
Most of my components are ordered from eBay and are antique silver or silver-plated. I generally use Tibetan silver, oxidized silver, crystals and semi-precious stones as well as other quality materials. I spend a lot of time searching for the best components ensuring I have the best results, and at the best prices. Some of my custom orders may take longer than others due to international delivery delays, both for my components and for the products I send out.
My purpose is not necessarily to get rich by doing this but to create, to make something special and share it with everyone.

Delivery Information
Domestically (Romania) and Internationally:
Free shipping for all deliveries worldwide for package(s) sent without the explicit request of a tracking number. Otherwise, all deliveries outside Bucharest but still in Romania, will have 10 RON/2.50 Euros shipping fees, and for outside of Romania: 5.00 Euros for Europe and 10.00 Euros for the rest of the world, paid in full at checkout.
If stock is on hand, deliveries are made within 1-3 days of receiving the order. If it is a custom order that requires components I have to purchase, there can be delays of 5 days to 3 weeks. In person I can deliver only after 7 at night on weekdays or after 11am on weekends.
Returns and Refunds
The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have past since you received your goods, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless special circumstances arise, which will be detailed below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwearable, damaged upon arrival, or damaged in a way NOT due to usage or improper cleaning. It must also be in the original packaging, or at least similar collision proof packaging. To complete your return, a proof of purchase is also required.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards
Situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

An item is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to my error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery with probable cause.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a several days. Delays may occur due to bank processing.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank, there is often processing time delays before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or discounted items are not refundable.
Shipping back:
To return your product, you must mail your product to the address I will provide to you once you contact me.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you are shipping an item or items worth over 50 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Care & Maintenance
Each piece is crafted with care and attention to both the design and materials used, so that your purchase endures long and well. It’s also up to you to help each treasure last and you can do that by following these simple guidelines:

All metal pieces should be gently polished clean, not scrubbed, with a soft fine cloth that has no lint present in it.

If the antique silver darkens from exposure to the elements, use a very soft bristle toothbrush and any type of toothpaste, in a quantity the size of a pea, to scrub the tarnish off and rinse until all suds are gone under a soft jet of water. Repeat only until the tarnish is gone.

Do not expose long term any piece to: water, makeup remover, soap, detergent, dish-soap or any other type of chemical solution.

Avoid collisions if possible, at all times, to avoid abrasions to the precious stones.

Rings unless otherwise stated, are NOT sterling silver or silver plated, but coated in a protective polish to protect them during daily use. Do not subject them repeatedly to water or creams of any kind to keep said coat of polish intact as long as possible.
